6:00 AM: Reporting 

6:00–6:20 AM: Attendance marking & T-shirt distribution

6:20 AM: Warm-up starts 

6:30 AM: 2K Run starts

7:00 AM: 2K Run ends 

7:00–7:20 AM: Water break 

7:20– 8:15 AM: Strength & Conditioning session

8:15 AM Onwards: Refreshments Distribution
