In an inspiring celebration of women’s health and empowerment, GoFloRun returns for its third edition, hosted by celebrated actress and fitness advocate Neha Dhupia, alongside visionary entrepreneur Anita Lobo. Set to take place on 29th November 2026 in Mumbai, this groundbreaking women-only running event transcends the boundaries of a traditional fitness gathering to foster a movement dedicated to breaking stigmas surrounding women’s health, with a special focus on menstrual hygiene.

The Terms and Conditions govern your participation in ‘Stayfree GoFloRun’, a women’s marathon organized by the Organizer on 29th November 2026 in Mumbai (“Event”).

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to abide by all policies, guidelines, and rules posted by the Organizer on the website of India Running. Please go through the Terms and Conditions below and the Website before registering for the Event.

• Please thoroughly go through all information provided by you prior to submitting your application (“Application”). Applying through the registration link does not guarantee a spot in the Event, participation shall be confirmed based on the total number of applications received and the applicant fulfilling the eligibility criteria.

• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event and/or reject any Application due to any reason whatsoever, as determined in its sole discretion. Where your Application is rejected by the Organizer, the Application fee paid (if any) will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the Event after deducting the payment gateway/pr ocessing charges.

• Once the Application fee is received, no requests for refund of Application fee will be entertained under any circumstances. Further, no refunds will be provided by the Organizer if you are unable to attend the Event, for any reason whatsoever.

• If the Application is made on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the minor and grant permission for their participation.

• You alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of the confirmation of participation in the Event and the same cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances.

• Organizer shall not be responsible for any death, injury, loss, accident or damage to you resulting from your participation in the Event.

• You understand and assume the risk associated with participating in the Event including, without limitation, falls, injuries, contact with other participants, bad weather (like heat, rain, humidity, etc.), traffic issues, and other dangers/risk associated with public events.

• You are advised to vacate the venue beyond the designated cut-off time to ensure safety and compliance with traffic regulations.

• You shall provide full cooperation to ensure smooth operation of the Event and shall abide by all applicable laws and adhere to all policies, guidelines, rules/regulations, instructions and/or requirements of the Organizer in relation to the Event.

• You further authorize the Organizer to (i) record your voice, performance, appearance and any/all activities presented and performed by you during your participation in the Event and use your name, voice, biography, likeness, image, or any other attributes (“Participation”); and (ii) to edit, alter, modify, cutdown and/or create any derivative content based on the Participation, to use the same as part of and in connection with the Event and advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity thereof, in any manner deemed fit by the Organizer.

• For the sake of clarity, you hereby assign all rights, title and interests in and to your Participation, in favor of the Organizer, for perpetuity and throughout the world for exploitation on all modes and media whether currently in existence or that develop in future.

• You hereby waive all moral rights in your Participation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• If you experience any illness or injury, and/or in the event of your death due to medical reasons and/or otherwise during the Event or at any time thereafter as a result of the Event, regardless or not whether such medical reasons or conditions are pre-existing conditions known by the Organizer, and further regardless of whether you have disclosed, at any point in time, the existence of such reason or condition to any person, the Organizer shall not be held liable by you or your representatives/heirs.

• You agree and acknowledge that the Organizer shall have the right to collect, sue and store personal data provided by you, which shall include your first name and surname, address, date of birth, countries of residence and citizenship, gender, professional experience, government ID, financial information, banking information and any other information that you may provide in connection with the Event (“Personal Data”). The Organizer may use, transfer or disclose such Personal Data to third parties such as IT (information technology) service providers for the purpose of the Event and any communication regarding events organized by the Organizer and you confirm that you have no objection in respect thereof.

• You agree to receive information/updates related to the Event and offers of various brands/products/services as may be sent to you by the Event partners and promoters (or a person duly authorized by the promoters) on the email address and/or phone number given by you in the Application. You permit the Organizer to share your email address and contact details with such promoters to the extent permitted by you herein.

• You are participating in the Event entirely at your own risk and responsibility and have also obtained the required necessary clearance from a registered medical practitioner (if and as required), allowing you to participate in the Event.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions
