About the Event 

Join the Pephands Run for Life Marathon 2026 in Besant Nagar, Chennai, for a morning of fitness and purpose. Whether you choose the 5K Timed Run or the 3K Fun Run, your participation supports two vital causes: funding life-saving heart surgeries for underprivileged children and promoting a drug-free future. Run along the beautiful Chennai coastline, earn premium finisher rewards, and help us "Run for a Heart" to give a child a second lease on life. 

Event Schedule & Itinerary 

•Date: Sunday, June 14, 2026 

•Location: Olcott School Road, Besant Nagar, Chennai 

•05:00 AM – Assembly & BIB Collection: Arrive at the venue for kit collection. The baggage counter will be available for all participants. 

•05:30 AM – Zumba Warm-up: Kickstart your energy with a high-intensity 30-minute session led by professional instructors. 

•05:45 AM – 5K Marathon Flag-Off: This category has no time limit, and people of all ages may participate.

•06:00 AM – 3K Marathon Flag-Off: This category has no time limit, and people of all ages may participate.

•07:00 AM – Celebration & Awards: Finishers receive their medals and certificates at the main stage. Refreshments and hydration will be served.

•5K Timed Run: ₹499 (No age limit) 

•3K Fun Run (Student Rate): ₹399 (No age limit)
