Move by IndusInd Bank is a thoughtfully designed wellness initiative that encourages senior citizens to stay active, healthy, and socially connected.
Created for individuals aged 60 and above, the program blends gentle movement with meaningful community interaction in a refreshing open-air environment.
In collaboration with Fitpage, each session focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing—while keeping the experience light, enjoyable, and engaging.
From guided yoga to laughter therapy, every element is designed to help you move better, feel better, and connect with others.
Session Schedule
6:15 AM – Reporting & Welcome
6:30 AM – Gentle Yoga Session
7:15 AM – Laughter Therapy
7:30 AM onwards – Breakfast & Refreshments
