Betwa Marathon 2026 is being organized by the District Archaeology, Tourism &amp; Culture Council, Vidisha (M.P.) on 21 February 2026 at Vidisha.The marathon will start from Ravindranath Tagore Sanskritik Bhawan, covering scenic and heritage-rich routes.Participants can take part in 5 KM (Run for Fun), 10 KM (Open Run), and 21 KM (Half Marathon) categories.For the 5 KM run (from Rabindranath Tagore Bhawan to Swami Vivekanand Chauraha), winners will receive prizes of ₹5,000 (1st), ₹3,000 (2nd), and ₹2,000 (3rd) in both age groups.In the 10 KM run (from Rabindranath Tagore to Charanteerth), cash prizes include ₹10,000 (1st), ₹5,000 (2nd), and ₹3,000 (3rd) for men and women.The 21 KM Half Marathon (from Ravindranath Tagore Bhawan to Udaigiri) offers top prizes of ₹21,000 (1st), ₹10,000 (2nd), and ₹5,000 (3rd) for both genders.The event begins at 5:00 AM, encouraging fitness and cultural awareness.Registration is open till 15 February 2026, with fees of Free (5 KM), ₹100 (10 KM), and ₹200 (21 KM).Runners of all ages are invited to be part of this energetic celebration of health, heritage, and sports.
