Vasai-Virar Mayor’s Marathon (postponed)

After the successful conduct of the third edition of the national level Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation, the organizers, the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation and the Vasai Taluka Kala Krida Vikas Mandal, have decided to conduct the fourth edition of the region’s unique initiative on Sunday December 21, 2014. Vasai Virar Marathon, scheduled for Nov 2nd 2014, has been postponed to Sunday December 21st 2014 due to election code.

Entry Fee: Rs 500 By using this form, you will be able to apply only for the Marathon (42.195 km for men & women (amateur)), Half Marathon (21.097 km for men and women) and the 11km Run for men and women (amateur) . Your entry to the marathon/half marathon/ 11km category will be confirmed based on confirmation criteria, which are explained in detail in the form. Please go through all details mentioned in this overleaf and the Application Form prior to submitting your application. Important Information for Marathon/Half Marathon and 11 km Run applications Registrations for the marathon, half marathon and 11km race categories will be accepted till 25th October 2014 or until running places are filled, whichever is earlier. Your entry for the marathon/half marathon/ 11km Run race categories will be confirmed based on the following Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you, Verification of your application's eligibility under each criterion, Availability of running spaces under each category and Entry Rules and Guidelines. Please note, group registrations are possible in Marathon/Half Marathon/ 11km Run race categories. A duly filled application form needs to be submitted with a copy of Govt. issued photo ID proof, i.e. either passport, driving licence, PAN card, Election card or Aadhaar card.
